Subject to the 10% personal use boundary, Co-farmers have the option of placing container homes themselves or seeking NaturesGreen support in procuring and situating the container.

It is permissible to utilize 30% of the land for personal purposes, out of which 10% can be allocated for constructing a farmhouse (limited to 10% of the farm plot area), and the remaining 20% can be utilized for landscaping or setting up a kitchen garden. The remaining 70% of the land is designated for plantation purposes.

Certainly, NaturesGreen can provide aid in designing the farmhouse and identifying authorized contractors for the project's execution.

NaturesGreen is dedicated to ensuring the security of the farm and has implemented the following measures:

  • • CCTV cameras are installed in frequently accessed areas of the farm for added surveillance.
  • • A compound wall is constructed to enhance security.
  • • Gated security is in place to regulate access to the farm.
